Aaron was one of the earliest additions to Ballyhass Coachford. Now helping with the training of our new instructors each season. You may also catch Aaron on your local rugby pitch!

Chris joined us in 2021 but the Donegal man came with over 20 years industry experience from across the globe. Now looking after the training and quality of the activities. In his spare time he like's to run up the kilometers on foot over mountains!

Darren has been with Ballyhass since 2013 and is as important to the centre as the water itself. Darren uses his experience and infectious attitude to train the young and coming instructors. Catch Darren on the wakepark or with a comic book in his hand!

David joined the team in 2014 and is now heading up our operations. The success of most activities on site can be traced back to David's hardwork and dedication. He is a man of many talents, wakeboarding, combat sports and many more!

Elaine has been with Ballyhass since 2009. She has seen the centre grow tremendously in her time here. You are almost sure to be greeted by Elaine when you visit Ballyhass. In her spare time you will find her grinding the rails on the wakepark!

Kieran is a graduate of the Kilfinnane Outdoor Course and has been with us for many years. You will find him helping everywhere and anywhere. Diving, wakepark driving, axe throwing, even showing off his barrista skills. You name it! Kieran can do it all!

Lorraine is there from the very start in Ballyhass Coachford. She can do it all on site and you are almost guaranteed to be greeted by her should you visit. Fan of TikTok? Lorraine is the mastermind behind some of our greatest hits! 

You will always catch Podge with a smile on his face. Now a qualified RLSS open water swimming instructor. Anything water sports you will find Podge involved in, training the next generation of water sports instructor.

Ray has been with Ballyhass for over six years now. Starting out as an activity instructor, he is now the guy that makes sure all the top class training gets done! In his spare time you can catch Ray on the side of a mountain biking!
